What Dow Theory Says About Correction

--The Dow Theory holds a broad agreement on three prerequisites for a sell signal

--The Dow Theory is stuck in step 1, which is 'a significant correction off market highs must take place'

--Step 2 is a rally attempt off corrected lows by either the Dow Industrials or Transports, or both, that fail to surpass their highs prior to the initial correction

--The Dow Theory holds that a signal remains in force until it is formally reversed, so it still remains as a buy signal now
